You know AI should be doing something in your business. The hard part is knowing what. We sit down with you, look at how your business actually runs, and tell you exactly what's worth automating. That first session is free.

In your business. Not in general.

Which tasks go first, and what is your business potential?

If it's not a fit, we'll say so in the session.

You've signed up for something before. The team used it for a fortnight, then it joined the pile of software you pay for but never fully rolled out. Not because the tool was bad. Because nobody sat down with you and mapped where AI actually fits your business.
That's the bit we do. We look at how your week runs and hand you the answer to what we could improve: which tasks, in what order, and what each one is worth in hours and dollars.
A 30 minute video call. We walk through how your week actually runs: where the same work keeps landing on someone's desk, what you've already tried, what's eating hours that shouldn't be. Bring whoever does the repetitive work. They know things you don't.
What you get
A clear answer on what's worth automating in your business, even if you never talk to us again.
Within a week: what to automate first, what each item saves you, what it costs to build. Plain English, no 40 page strategy document. The bad ideas go on there too, with reasons.
What you get
A prioritised list you can run with us, with someone else, or on your own. Yours either way.
First automation live in weeks, not quarters. Your team is in the room while things are still cheap to change. Then we train them, document everything, and hand over the keys.
What you get
Our process is called RISE. Recognise, Investigate, Structure, Evolve.
You just read it.
You'll talk to Rod or Petra, not a sales team.

Plenty of consultants will sell you a strategy deck. We'd rather show you working software. When the assessment finds something worth building, it becomes one of these.

A working product, live right now with three startups. Every Monday it lands a ranked list of grants in your inbox: match score, eligibility notes in plain English, direct link to apply. Behind it, agents crawl the government portals nobody checks and score every grant across five layers. A full scan costs about a dollar. One founder we met had applied for exactly one grant in his life, because it was the only one anyone had told him about.

Live on client sites now. A customer asks "do you service Penrith and what would a two bedroom cost", and the agent answers with your suburbs, your prices, your tone, then books the follow up into your calendar. It knows your business because we train it on your services, your FAQs and your way of talking, and it hands to a human the moment a question needs one.

Running inside client businesses today. A quote follow up that sends itself three days after silence. Invoice details typed once instead of three times. A Monday report that writes its own first draft. Each one is small, lands in about a week, and keeps learning your business so the next one is faster to build.
KLOK is two people. That's not a limitation, it's the model. No account managers, no handovers, no junior consultant learning on your invoice.
The people you meet in the exploration session are the people who build and work with you during the process.

Petra Susanne Axelsson
Petra makes sure people actually use the thing. Software that nobody adopts is expensive decoration, and she's seen enough of it to design against it. She works with your team on how the automation fits their real day, which is why our builds are still running months after handover.

Rodrigo Acevedo
Rod finds the automation. Years of design and product leadership taught him one thing that stuck: most business problems are workflow problems wearing a disguise. He's the one asking why a task exists at all before anyone builds a robot for it. Built the Grant Finder because he was sick of doing the same research by hand.
Straight answers below. Anything not covered, ask in person.
You don't, and that's fine. Working that out is the whole point of the session. We look at how your business runs and tell you what's worth automating, what isn't, and why. Sometimes the answer is "nothing yet", and you'll hear that too.
Depends what we build. A micro automation is a few hundred dollars and lands in days. Custom software runs into the thousands over weeks. Either way, the number is on your one page plan before anyone commits to anything.
That's the most common thing we hear, and it's a rollout problem, not a software problem. We build with your team in the room and stay until it's part of how they work. If nobody uses it, we haven't finished.
Not the work we do. We go after the tasks people complain about, the ones that need no judgement. Most clients are trying to stop good people resigning over admin, not shrink payroll.
Everyone's are. Mapping the mess is half of what the session is for, and the mess usually tells us more than a tidy version would. Come as you are.
You do. Code, automations, agents, documentation, in writing. And nothing gets locked to one AI vendor, so what we build survives whatever launches next quarter.
Only where you agree it goes. We map exactly which tools touch your data and where it lives, with onshore options when you need them. Australian and New Zealand privacy obligations are built into the plan, not bolted on.
If we are not a good fit for any reason, we will let you know and won't waste your time. No charge, no invoice. We want you to succeed
